Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)

GraphLogic provides comprehensive enterprise LIMS systems for many Life Science and Biotechnology processes.  Our systems are used to manage the full range of laboratory operations, such as microarrays, proteomics, sequencing, and genotyping.  Our browser-based systems manage sample and metadata tracking, data generation, storage and retrieval, laboratory instrumentation, reagent usage and inventory, user activity, costs, and billing.  GraphLogic systems are barcode enabled, able to handle splits and merges via 96- and 384-well plates, and provide email notification.  A multi-level security system allows laboratory personnel and customers to carry out their individual tasks as needed, such as checking on project and sample status, downloading and uploading data files, and even performing data analysis within the browser.

We can quickly and easily modify any of our existing solutions.  Moreover, we are continuously expanding our repertoire of solutions (see Services).  We are able to do this because we have developed a uniquely efficient tool for writing the software. Called PointDragon™, this tool (see Platform) was specifically designed to deal with the unique and ever chanigng requirements that arise in supporting Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology research & development.  PointDragon™ offers an extensive range of features, providing complete management capability for specific scientific processes as well as all the additional functions critical to efficient laboratory management. Regulatory Compliance

GraphLogic systems facilitate laboratory compliance with GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.  All systems generate a secure, time-stamped audit trail for every change made within the system.  Audit trails include the user who initiated the change.  Changes are searchable by timestamp and timestamp ranges.  GraphLogic LIMS possess fully integrated, enterprise-wide, document management capabilities.  Protocols, SOPs, training materials, certifications, and investigation reports are all accessible via the LIMS.  GraphLogic LIMS systems generate accurate and complete copies of records in both human readable and electronic form. User access is strictly controlled; security settings allow a designated system administrator to easily create and assign user roles.  System access can be set for individual users, and for specific groups.  GraphLogic LIMS fully support electronic signatures; visible on all human-readable copies of the electronic record.  With GraphLogic LIMS, falsifying or expunging electronic signatures is rendered impossible by ordinary means.  Laboratory maintenance can be scheduled, tracked, and production requests disabled, until the appropriate tasks are completed.  Laboratory operators then receive the appropriate notifications regarding instrument readiness.  Similarly, GraphLogic systems track all reagent supply, use, and storage availability for sample handling and assay procedures.
