GraphLogic offers a complete training course for customers who wish to gain a better understanding of how applications are developed using our PointDragon integrated development environment. The five day course introduces developers to commonly used tools and techniques employed in PointDragon application development. During the training courses, customers are guided through structured informational sessions, after which they work independently with the PointDragon IDE, gaining feedback from experienced PointDragon developers on their progress. All training sessions are led by experienced GraphLogic technical staff and are conducted at our Branford, Connecticut offices. Arrangements can be made to conduct PointDragon training at a client's site, or elsewhere.
End-user training on customer applications is an integral part of GraphLogic's customer service policy. The development process includes regularly scheduled discussions with the customer, during which GraphLogic technical staff explain the optimal use of new and existing features in the evolving system. The iterative nature of the development process affords the customer multiple opportunities to learn how to use the system and ask related questions.
