Platform & Product
GraphLogic is a Thinking Platform that combines a unified Context Graph, AI-powered Logic Engine, and integrated Solutions to help organizations connect their data, think with clarity, and deliver measurable results. Unlike traditional enterprise software that focuses on specific functions, GraphLogic connects everything: strategy, operations, data, and decisions in one intelligent system.
A Thinking Platform goes beyond generic AI tools or "cognitive operating systems" by providing a structured approach to organizational intelligence. While other platforms give you raw AI capabilities, GraphLogic combines:
- Connected Knowledge: A Context Graph that links your data, decisions, and outcomes, giving AI the context it needs to be useful.
- Structured Reasoning: Multiple reasoning patterns (Bayesian, Dialectical, Practical, Classical) applied appropriately to different types of problems.
- Grounded AI: LLMs and advanced analytics that work with your actual business context, not generic responses from the internet.
- Traceable Logic: Every recommendation and insight can be traced back to evidence, so you understand why, not just what.
The result: AI that actually understands your organization's structure, relationships, and goals. It doesn't just answer questions. It helps you think through problems with reasoning you can inspect, verify, and improve.
Note: You may hear related terms like "Cognitive OS" or "context platforms" in the industry. These describe similar concepts: using AI to enhance organizational thinking and execution. The Thinking Platform™ is GraphLogic's approach, distinguished by our structured reasoning patterns, connected context graph, and the LEAP™ Framework that ties it all together.
Most enterprise tools focus on specific functions: CRM for sales, ERP for operations, PPM for projects. GraphLogic takes a different approach:
- Connected by default: Everything lives in one Context Graph, so you see how strategy, operations, and execution connect, not just isolated data.
- Intelligence built in: Our Logic Engine uses AI and codified reasoning rules to guide decisions and automate workflows, with reasoning you can trace.
- Configurable, not custom: Instead of building from scratch or forcing you into rigid workflows, GraphLogic adapts to how you work through configuration.
LEAP stands for Learn, Envision, Act, Perfect. It's a continuous cycle built into every GraphLogic solution:
- Learn: See where you really are by connecting goals, systems, risks, and constraints.
- Envision: Decide where to go next with clear scenarios and roadmaps.
- Act: Turn plans into progress with guided workflows and AI-backed decisions.
- Perfect: Close the loop by learning from outcomes and improving how you work.
Unlike linear project management approaches, LEAP activities happen continuously and fluidly, allowing organizations to adapt and improve in real time.
A Context Graph is a connected map of everything your organization knows: goals, capabilities, processes, systems, people, projects, risks, and more. Unlike traditional databases that store isolated records, a Context Graph captures relationships and context, showing how everything connects. This means you can ask questions like "What's the impact of this initiative on our strategic goals?" or "Which systems are affected by this change?" and get real answers based on your actual organizational structure, with reasoning you can trace back to the evidence.
Reasoning & Thinking Patterns
Bayesian Reasoning is a method of updating beliefs based on new evidence. Instead of treating decisions as one-time events, Bayesian thinking allows you to start with initial assumptions and continuously refine them as new information arrives. In GraphLogic, Bayesian reasoning helps you:
- Start with initial assumptions (priors) based on historical data and expert knowledge
- Update those beliefs systematically as new data arrives
- Quantify uncertainty and confidence in your decisions
- Make better predictions by learning from outcomes over time
Example: Assessing project risk by starting with historical success rates, then updating estimates as the project progresses, milestones are hit or missed, and new information emerges about dependencies and constraints.
Dialectical Reasoning examines ideas through the tension of opposing viewpoints: thesis, antithesis, and synthesis. Rather than accepting the first good idea, dialectical thinking deliberately seeks out contradictions and competing perspectives to arrive at stronger conclusions. GraphLogic uses dialectical reasoning to:
- Surface conflicting perspectives on strategic decisions
- Identify synthesis opportunities between competing approaches
- Challenge assumptions by systematically considering counter-arguments
- Build stronger strategies through structured debate and resolution
Example: Evaluating a market entry strategy by examining arguments for aggressive expansion versus cautious piloting, then synthesizing a phased approach that captures the benefits of both while mitigating their risks.
Practical Reasoning connects goals to actions through structured deliberation about what to do. It's the reasoning we use when deciding how to act: weighing options, considering constraints, and choosing the best path forward given our objectives and circumstances. In GraphLogic, practical reasoning helps you:
- Clarify what you're trying to achieve (goals, values, and success criteria)
- Identify available options and the resources required for each
- Evaluate trade-offs and consequences of different choices
- Choose actions that align with strategic objectives and constraints
Example: Deciding how to allocate budget across initiatives by connecting spending decisions to strategic goals, weighing expected outcomes against costs, and selecting the portfolio that best advances organizational priorities given available resources.
Classical (Deductive) Reasoning applies logical rules to derive certain conclusions from premises. If the premises are true and the logic is valid, the conclusions must be true. This is the foundation for rule-based systems, policy enforcement, and compliance checking. GraphLogic uses classical reasoning to:
- Enforce business rules and policies consistently across the organization
- Derive implications from known facts and relationships in your Context Graph
- Ensure logical consistency across decisions and prevent contradictions
- Automate rule-based workflows with traceable, auditable logic
Example: Automatically flagging compliance violations by applying regulatory rules to organizational data. If a vendor handles personal data (premise 1) and hasn't signed a data processing agreement (premise 2), then flag for compliance review (conclusion).
Different problems require different types of thinking. A compliance check needs different reasoning than a strategic decision. GraphLogic's Logic Engine automatically applies the appropriate reasoning pattern based on the problem type:
- Classical reasoning for rule enforcement and compliance
- Bayesian reasoning for risk assessment and prediction
- Dialectical reasoning for strategic debates and option evaluation
- Practical reasoning for resource allocation and action planning
This structured approach to AI is what makes GraphLogic a Thinking Platform rather than just another chatbot. The reasoning is explicit, traceable, and appropriate to the problem, not a black box that gives you an answer without showing its work.
Implementation & Getting Started
Implementation timelines vary based on scope and complexity, but most organizations see value in weeks, not months. We typically start with a focused use case (such as strategic planning or process optimization) and expand from there. Because GraphLogic is designed for configuration rather than custom development, you can start delivering results quickly while building out additional capabilities over time.
No. GraphLogic is designed to integrate with your existing systems, not replace them. We pull data from your current tools (CRM, ERP, project management, etc.) to build the Context Graph, creating connections and context without forcing you to abandon systems that work. You can start small and expand integration over time as you see value.
GraphLogic is designed to be intuitive for business users. No technical expertise is required for day-to-day use. We provide role-based training for different user types (executives, managers, analysts, administrators) and offer ongoing support through documentation, webinars, and a dedicated success team. Most users become productive within days of starting.
