Regulatory Compliance

GraphLogic systems facilitate laboratory compliance with GLP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.

All systems generate a secure, time-stamped audit trail for every change made within the system. Audit trails include the user who initiated the change, additionally, changes are searchable by timestamp and timestamp ranges. GraphLogic LIMS also possess fully integrated, enterprise-wide, document management capabilities. Protocols, SOPs, training materials, certifications, and investigation reports are all accessible via the LIMS. GraphLogic LIMS systems also generate accurate and complete copies of records in both human readable and electronic form.

User access is strictly controlled; security settings allow a designated system administrator to easily create and assign user roles. System access can be set for individual users, and for specific groups. GraphLogic LIMS fully support electronic signatures; visible on all human-readable copies of the electronic record. With GraphLogic LIMS, falsifying or expunging electronic signatures is rendered impossible by ordinary means. Laboratory maintenance can be scheduled, tracked, and production requests disabled, until the appropriate tasks are completed. Laboratory operators then receive the appropriate notifications regarding instrument readiness. Similarly, GraphLogic systems track all reagent supply, use, and storage availability for sample handling and assay procedures.
